Return & Exchange Policy
At The Warehouse Cambodia, we take immense pride in the quality and provenance of our selection. Because wine is a delicate, perishable product that is highly sensitive to storage conditions, we maintain a strict policy to ensure every bottle we sell remains in peak condition.
General Policy: All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and the climate in which we operate, all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" once a product has left our temperature-controlled facilities.
Discretionary Returns (Within 7 Days)
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the following strict criteria are met:

Storage Verification: The item must have been stored in a consistent, temperature-controlled environment.

Condition: The bottle, capsule, and label must be in original, pristine condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Management Approval: All returns are subject to a physical inspection and are granted at the sole discretion of the management team.
Faulty or "Corked" Wine
We stand behind the quality of the producers we represent. If you believe a bottle is "corked" (TCA taint) or otherwise chemically defective:

Requirement: The bottle must be returned to us at least three-quarters full with the original cork. We cannot evaluate or verify a fault if the wine has been discarded.

Evaluation: Our team will inspect the wine to confirm the fault.

Resolution: If a fault is confirmed, we will gladly offer an exchange for a bottle of the same value or store credit. Please note that for rare or older vintages, a replacement of the exact same year may not always be available.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. If an item is physically damaged or the incorrect vintage/label was provided, contact us at orders@thewarehousekh.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Exclusions

Sale Items: All items purchased on promotion, clearance, or as part of a "Flash Sale" are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
