It is an intense wine on the nose, with notes of pepper and ripe red fruits. On the palate it is reminiscent of cherries, with a vegetal freshness. It is young and easy to take, generating a sensation of enveloping softness. Serve between 16°-18°C, pairs well with roasts, pastas with intense sauces, hard and semi-hard cheeses.
