Château Canon Saint Michel is a biodynamic winery located in the Fronsac region of Bordeaux, France. Owned by Jean-Yves Millaire since 1998, the estate spans 17 hectares and is known for its meticulous viticulture practices. The vineyards, which are planted predominantly with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, benefit from a unique terroir characterized by Oligocene clays and limestone soils​ The winery emphasizes organic and biodynamic methods, which enhance the expression of the fruit while maintaining low yields.
