It is advisable to serve this wine at 17-18°C with an ageing potential of 10 to 15 years or more. Tasting reveals a brilliant, deep ruby color; a complex nose with floral aromas (violets), red berries, spices, and licorice; and a powerful palate with notes of red berries and licorice. The wine is very long on the palate, exhibiting a lot of elegance.
