It is advisable to serve this wine at 17-18°C with an ageing potential of 5 to 10 years. Tasting reveals an intense ruby color, with some purplish reflections; a nose characterized by very ripe fruit, raspberry and blackcurrant jams; and a palate featuring blackberries, spices, and sour cherries. The wine has dense, tight tannins with good persistence on the palate.
