The color is a deep red with light purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant, wild strawberry and mushroom emerge. The mouth is supple and aromatic, with notes of spices. Serve at 16°C with grilled pork, Italian cuisine, grilled vegetables and hard cheeses.
