A golden-green color with silvery-gray highlights. Nose expressive with fruity notes of white peach, opening with notes of marzipan and pastry. Fresh, mineral, light and supple on the palate, with a mentholated finish. Best served between 12 and 13°C, with roast poultry with roast poultry, fish or seafood in sauce mushrooms in sauce, cheese or goat's cheese or goat cheese tarts.
