Tormaresca's Torcicoda Primitivo del Salento IGT is a rich red wine from Italy's Puglia region, crafted entirely from Primitivo grapes. It features an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of black cherries, plums, and spicy hints of licorice, vanilla, and tobacco. On the palate, it delivers a soft, full-bodied profile with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish. Perfectly paired with hearty dishes, roasted meats, and flavorful sauces, Torcicoda represents the best of Apulian winemaking. Notably, it was the first wine from Puglia to feature in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 list.
